- Packages are required to have a return authorization number to be accepted. Please contact a customer service representative at 1-888-SEA-8818 in order to obtain an authorization number prior to shipping.
- Items must be returned in the same new condition (with security tag intact), along with any accompanying paperwork such as diamond grading certificates. The return must be received within 30 days of shipment. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
- Returns displaying signs of wear, alteration such as sizing or engraving (by a jeweler other than Sea of Diamonds), or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return.
- Custom orders requiring special sizes or engraving cannot be accepted for return (refund, exchange or repair).
- Poorly packaged or uninsured items will not be accepted for return.
