Items which require sizing, engraving, and custom orders usually take 4-6 days to ship. For orders including items with different availabilities, the ENTIRE ORDER will be shipped together. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Orders can only be canceled by a Sea Of Diamonds customer service representative. You must call Sea Of Diamonds customer service at 1-888-SEA-8818 to see if the order can be canceled. Please be aware that customer service is available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. PST. The best time to cancel your order is within 30 minutes of placing it on the website. The longer you wait, the greater the chance the order has passed through our system to fulfillment and the order will have to be shipped. You will then have to return the merchandise for a refund.

Will you re-size my ring?
We will be happy to re-size your ring within 60 days of the date of shipment. Normally this will take 7-10 days. We will not charge you for the re-sizing, but you will be required to cover all related shipping costs (minimum $10). PayPal:We only ship to CONFIRMED addresses. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to open an account once you click on Checkout with PayPal.

Credit Cards: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Debit Cards: We accept debit cards which carry the Visa or MasterCard logo. A debit card is used similar to a credit card, but debits funds directly from your bank account. The main difference is that banks usually institute a daily charge limit on debit cards. If your order total is greater than the daily charge limit, we will notify you immediately. How do you package the orders?
Each item is presented in an elegant jewelry box. The jewelry is packaged and shipped with full insurance coverage to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transport.

Why do you require signature on orders over $200?
To insure the safety of your package, signature is required on all shipments over $200, regardless of any waivers you may have with freight carriers. If you can not be available at home to receive your order, we can ship to an alternate address such as your work. Please see alternate address below.

I can't be home; can you ship my order to a different address?
If payments through credit /debit card:
Should you choose to pay by credit /debit card, we will be glad to ship your package to your work or an alternate address different from your home address. We may contact you to verify your approval of a shipping address that is different than the billing address.

If payment is by Bank Transfer:
Orders paid by Bank Transfer can be shipped to any valid US address (except P.O. Box addresses) and receive a 2% discount.

Can my order be delivered on Saturday?
Yes. Saturday delivery is available to most locations in the USA for an additional fee of $24 using FedEx Priority Overnight Saturday delivery. Please call a customer service specialist at 1-888-SEA-8818 for assistance.

What if my order gets lost or damaged?
We ship all orders fully insured. We strongly recommend you inspect your package before signing the delivery receipt for any signs of tampering or damage. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do. APO/FPO orders are processed through the military postal service. For security reasons we limit orders to $5,000.

Do you offer appraisals?

Yes, Sea of Diamonds is pleased to provide an appraisal report for any fine jewelry item over $750, free of charge. An appraisal is a document estimating the monetary value of a particular piece of jewelry. To determine the retail replacement value, an analysis of current market prices for labor, gemstones, and precious metals is conducted. Insurance companies utilize the appraisal document to determine the cost of replacing the item in the event that is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair.

The Graduate Gemologists at Sea of Diamonds will provide you with an appraisal report that includes a photograph, detailed description, and the estimated retail replacement value. Since Sea of Diamonds sells products below the average retail price, the value on the appraisal provided is typically higher than your purchase price.


What is your Guarantee?

Return Policy
What is your Return Policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for exchange, refund or credit, provided that your return meets the following criteria: no returns on custom orders; the security tag must be in tact, and return procedures followed. Why do you place Security Tags on the jewelry?
We guarantee that all products received from Sea Of Diamonds are brand new. The Security Tag assures the item you received has not been worn or used by anyone, and is in mint condition. Removal of the Security Tag invalidates the return and exchange privileges.

How do I return the product?

-Call our customer service representative at 1-888-SEA-8818 to obtain a
  Return Authorization number.
-Write the Return Authorization number on the return form provided at the bottom of your
  invoice.
-Securely package your return along with all packing material, appraisal and diamond
  certificate.
-For your security, please return your item with an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, US
  Parcel Post) and retain a receipt for your records. Sea of Diamonds can not refund or
  credit your account if returns are lost or damaged.
