Our guarantee simply affirms that Sea of Diamonds has the lowest prices on thousands of fine jewelry items anywhere online. If within 30 days of your purchase you find a lower online price for an identical item, we will refund you the difference plus 5% of the difference. Its that’s simple. 

 
To qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee:

• The jewelry item must be purchased from Sea of Diamonds. If the item has not been purchased yet, call us at 1-888-732-8818 and request a Price Match, or use the link below to send us an e-mail.
  
  
• The item must be identical in gemstone and diamond carat weight and quality (clarity & color), gold or platinum weight, and size to the item purchased at Sea of Diamonds.
  
  
• The online merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock.
  
  
• The online merchant must be an established site, as determined by Sea of Diamonds (does not apply to auction sites).

• The total price of purchase including shipping, tax, and ring sizing must be lower.
  
  
• Brand name and designer items must be compared with the same. Sea of Diamonds reserves the right to issue a full refund for the return of the items sold, instead of returning the difference and the additional 5% on the price guarantee policy.
