Your order will be inspected, securely packed, and shipped by FedEx or US postal service depending on the order value and destination
of your order. Orders can be shipped to your home or an alternate address.

*APO & FPO orders are processed through the military Postal Service. Your package might take a little longer to get delivered in some cases. A tracking number is not provided, so we can not provide a specific delivery time.
Saturday Delivery is available to most US locations for an additional fee. Please call customer service at 1-888-SEA-8818 Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST for availabilty.
Signature is Required
To insure the safety of your package, signature is required on all shipments over $200, regardless of any waivers
you may have with freight carriers. If you cannot be available at home to receive your order, we can ship to an alternate address such
as your work. Please see alternate address below.
Delivery to Alternate Address
If payments through credit /debit card:
Should you choose to pay by credit/debit card, we will be glad to ship your package to your work or an alternate
address different from your home address. We may contact you to verify your approval of a shipping address that is different than the billing address.
If payments by Bank Transfer:
Orders paid by Bank Transfer can be shipped to any address
(except P.O. Box addresses) and receive a 2% discount.
We gladly include a free gift card with (or without) your message and place
your item in a distinguished jewelry box for that special someone, ready to give.
Timely Processing of Your Orders
Orders placed prior to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed on a
National holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed on the next business day. Under normal
conditions we require 1-2 business days to ship items in stock, and 3-5 days for custom jewelry or items requiring
sizing or engraving.
You will receive an e-mail from us with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Inspect Your Package
We strongly recommend you to inspect your package before signing the delivery
receipt for any signs of tampering or damage. If you see signs that the package has been tampered
with or damaged, refuse the packageand call customer service immediately at 1-888-SEA-8818, Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
