Q: How can I place an order? A: Placing an order is easy. Simply select the items you
wish to order and Add To Bag. Once all items have been added to the shopping bag Proceed To Checkout and select a payment method (see below).
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Bank Wire Transfer.
1) PayPal: To pay by PayPal, click on Checkout with PayPal.
If you wish to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American
Express), please select the PayPal option (we only accept credit cards
through PayPal). If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be able to open
an account once you select Checkout with PayPal. Opening a PayPal
account will take only a few minutes. 2) Credit Cards: Sea
of Diamonds
now accepts payments through credit cards, both international
and domestic. These include credit cards issued outside
of the United States and those with an international billing
address.
3) Bank Wire Transfer: You
can wire money directly from your bank
account to complete your order and receive
a 2% discount. When you
select this option, we will e-mail you
simple instructions on how to wire the
funds from your bank account. To pay by Bank Wire Transfer
(orders $250.00 or
more) simply Register to our site and select the Bank Wire
Transfer option.
We do not accept payments in the form of
personal checks, cashier ’s checks or money orders.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes. Sea of Diamonds 30-day return policy is our
way to give you ample of time to consider your purchase. Our return
policy is simple. If you find that your purchase does not meet
or exceed your expectations, we will be happy to provide you with
a full credit or exchange (less shipping charges) on any product
(custom orders excluded) within 30 days of shipping, provided that
your return meets the criteria listed in our Conditions of Return.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and another e-mail confirming the shipment of your order with the FedEx tracking number. You may track the progress of your order by signing into My Account and clicking on Order History.
Q: Are there any other fees involved?
A: As a customer you are responsible for custom duties or local taxes imposed by your government, if any, for clearance of the goods. We have no control on these local taxes or duties.
As duty rates may change from country to country, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for correct duty rates.
