I just wanted to thank Shawn for his excellent service! I have never had such prompt
and courteous service before- Everyone at Sea of Diamonds has been wonderful! I send
the ring to Shawn and almost overnight Shawn had our repaired ring shipped back out
to us. We received my husband's ring hours before we left on a 10 day vacation- it
was wonderful to be able to have it with us. We really appreciate how promptly you

I received my order today, a day early -- even after needing to change my
engraving spec. I am so impressed with your outstanding customer service,
quality, pricing and selection I had to write.

band to match?
The ring arrived very fast and was everything we expected it to be. I had a 1.2 carat emerald cut blue saphire mounted in the setting and her engagement ring is now perfect!......
Any suggestions on a wedding bad that will match this setting?? we've been searching high and low, but this ring is so unique and also with the taper from top to bottom, it has been difficult finding a wedding band to match it. if anyone has some ideas, please let us know!! wedding is soon!..........

I have never before dealt with a company that was so accomodating, responsive and
helpful! From the day I placed our order, your representative was there to make certain these rings
were everything we wanted- and more! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the
right fit before we placed our order. I was a little worried we wouldn't have them in
time because they had to be ordered from overseas; but your team really put my mind
at ease and Fed Ex deliverd them moments ago. Just in time! They are wonderful! Our
wedding day will be perfect now that we have these rings to share.

I feel the need to congratulate you on a terrific transaction. My sister, who lives in Canada, is getting married at the end of the month here in California. She had a few problems with getting a ring for her fiance in Canada in time for the wedding, then she found your web site. She contacted me Friday around 3pm after descibing on a ring with "Fred" from you store. She gave me the order number and size for me to have it shipped directly to me. I received the ring the very next day!!! Amazing customer service and we are thrilled with the ring and the fact that it is here in PLENTY of time for the wedding. Job well done!....
