going the extra mile
i have had a very positive experience with sea of diamonds. after procuring a new wedding band for my wife of 40 years, only to find i had chosen the wrong size, i called their service dept. to explain the situation and let them know i would be returning the ring.
although the ring style i chose was a one-off, fred at sea of diamonds called me back to say he had contacted the ring manufacturer to see if they could make the same style in the sized i needed!
the new ring has arrived, and both my wife and i are very pleased with it and especially with the thoughtful service provided by sea of diamonds.

i am hesitate to buy things such as jewelry over the internet, but my experience from buying here was awesome. i ordered the art carved diamond priceless mens wedding band and received it in about a week. it was going to take 6 weeks for the same ring at a local jewelry store and the cost was lower at sea of diamonds too. i am so pleased with fit perfectly and the ring was beautiful.

Thank you SO much! The ring arrived at the time promised and it is exactly what we needed. We got wedding bands from a local jewelry store and they sized it too small.
