Good Morning...
I just wanted to send a quick email to compliment you all on the great experience I had with your company. I have been fretting for days on what to get my husband for his 60th birthday and found a beautiful Greek Key design ring on your site. I ordered it late Saturday night (EST) and then was afraid I hadn't purchased the proper shipping to get it to me here in Florida before the big day (3/13). I called as early as I could on Monday and spoke to Roxanne who took care of everything for me - she was GREAT! I received the ring this morning (an entire day and a half before I expected it) and it is just gorgeous! I can't believe how fast you all got it to me, even with having it engraved. And on top of everything, we're on opposite coasts!

The above arrived safe and sound, the Oxford English Dictionary defines "Outstanding" as excellent if this is applied to Sea of diamonds in the following areas: Product/Quality/Price/Staff then this is true!

Excellant Service
I was contacted to be informed that the items I ordered would not get to me before the upcomming Holiday (which was in three days). It was explained that the rings where going to have to be made and then shipped - which was not a problem for me since they where not a gift for that perticular occasion. The only other reason customer service was contacted was because of a question about the shipping address. Customer service called to verify the correct address; which is greatly important when shipping items to remote locations in Alaska.........

I had a complex but great experience buying a diamond wedding band. Sea of Diamonds was fantastic. I researched the net to find a trustworthy jewelry vendor, and they had the best support. Check for yourself. I ordered a diamond wedding ring from a popular, Mall jewelry store. Of course it needed resized, but they gave me a nine week delivery date! I canceled that order. I ordered a ring with bigger and better quality diamonds, for almost the exact same price, from S. O. D. It also needed resized, but got it in four days -- free shipping! Unfortunately, when I saw it, I wanted larger diamonds (more sparkle ;-). I kept the tag on it, called them, and got an RMA number. They honored their 30 day return policy and credited my charge card. I ordered another ring from them with a 1 Ct set of S1 clarity diamonds. It cost about $800 less than what Mall jewelry stores were asking for it-- even with inferior clarity ratings. I also got the S. O. D. ring in just a few days. I love it. What's not to like? High credibility, good prices, HUGE inventory, and good service. PS: Go to a jewelry store first to find out your correct size, and check prices..........Michael V. (Lakeland, FL)
